Cindy Keyes
For over 20 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in the skincare industry-from retail counters to the executive boardroom. I was promoted 6 times in 15 years, averaging a promotion every 2.5 years, by mastering the art of identifying and filling workplace gaps. Most women think getting promoted is about being the “Good Student”-doing your job perfectly. It’s not. It’s about solving the problems your manager loses sleep over. This is The Gap Strategy™: a proven framework to trade low-value busy work for high-value impact.
